Job Summary
The Director of Practice Development and Outreach is a key leadership role responsible for the development and oversight of clinical department managers, and the marketing & outreach efforts of Richie Eye Clinic & LASIK Center. This position is responsible for the day-to-day development of clinical departments, by cultivating healthy and genuine relationships with the department managers, including optical, LASIK, clinical technicians and scribes, Doctors of Optometry and our Ophthalmologists. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to drive practice development initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across all departments.
Duties
Understand and work collaboratively towards the vision of Richie Eye Clinic & LASIK Center
Responsible for development, supervision and empowerment of our clinical department managers
Marketing and clinical outreach, maintaining and establishing new relationships with co- management ODs, development and growth of external referral network, continuing education coordination for both internal and referral ODs
- Marketing support for our optical line of business including trunk shows, website, social media, community presence and networking
Skills
Proven clinical management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership skills to develop and guide teams towards achieving organizational goals.
Comprehensive knowledge of operations management principles in medical environment
Experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrating a track record of successful team management.
Business development acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive organizational success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
